| Date/time (local) | Notes |
| 06/17/26 14:06:16 | Possible humpback. Somewhat of a song structure (P1-P4), but hard to discern at
low SNR. |
| 06/17/26 14:21:16 | Noisy data |
| 06/17/26 14:36:16 | Noisy data |
| 06/17/26 16:51:16 | Noisy data, NARW detection highly likely false |
| 06/17/26 20:21:16 | Noisy data, highly likely false NARW detection |
| 06/17/26 22:51:16 | possible fin p1; classified humpback p4 appears to be noise |
| 06/17/26 23:51:16 | lots of noise throughout - classified NARW p5 is somewhat isolated from the noise
but similar amplitude and seems to have some artifacts with no other context, so
leaving as not detected |
| 06/18/26 03:36:16 | classified upcall p10 part of background noise |
| 06/18/26 03:51:16 | classified upcall p15 composed of artifacts and part of background noise |
| 06/18/26 04:06:16 | data cut off before all classified calls visible |
| 06/18/26 04:36:16 | classified upcall p11 mostly artifact and part of background noise |
| 06/18/26 05:36:16 | classified upcall p9 part of background noise |
| 06/18/26 06:36:16 | classified upcall p12 appears to be background noise |
| 06/18/26 08:06:16 | marking humpback as possibly due to relatively loud and long MF downsweep in p12,
but no other strong evidence to definitively say which species or if it's even
biological source |
| 06/18/26 08:51:16 | five pulses between p1-2 have IPI around ~10sec which doesn't really make sense
for this time of year (should be ~15s), but marking as possibly just in case;
could see leaving as not detected though |
| 06/18/26 11:06:16 | data cutoff so not all classified calls shown |
| 06/18/26 11:51:16 | classified upcall p3 and humpback p5 both part of background noise |
| 06/18/26 15:06:16 | one classified sei whale call in p7 but just looks like low frequency artifact. |
| 06/18/26 15:36:16 | one classified NARW call in P1 but not detected- coming off low frequency noise
and no isolated calls. |
| 06/18/26 17:21:16 | down sweep + moan in P8 shows potential for HUWH possibly detected- however made
up of multiple amplitudes and there is other non-biological low frequency noise
around so not confident enough to include criteria for possibly detected. |
| 06/18/26 20:36:16 | Classified in P14 looks like non biological noise so left as not detected |
| 06/19/26 05:51:16 | P9/P10 a little more patterned than noise, could be Mn, but likely noise |
| 06/19/26 10:21:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/19/26 10:51:16 | P9-12 has multiple possible humpback moans, downsweeps and upsweep, however nub
like structure of the downsweeps and some moans could be sporadic fin whale pulses
so marking as not detected. |
| 06/19/26 11:36:16 | Marking humpback as detected based one P12-13. Not enough evidence for fin |
| 06/19/26 12:51:16 | P10 has possible humpback moans, I don't think there is enough evidence to mark as
possibly detected because these could be fin. Some possible nub downsweep/upsweep
structures throughout but still don't think there is enough evidence. |
| 06/19/26 13:21:16 | P5 has one convincing downsweep and P7 has nub like structure potential upsweep
and moans. Marking as possibly detected for humpback. |
| 06/19/26 14:06:16 | P4 has multiple upsweeps and moan, nub like structure and sporadic so marking as
not detected for humpback. |
| 06/19/26 15:51:16 | Marking humpback as possibly detected based on P9. Has downsweep, upsweep and
moans. |
| 06/19/26 16:21:16 | Data limited for fin, NARW and humpback |
| 06/19/26 17:36:16 | NARW in P7 looks like an artifact and there are other similar background noises
throughout, marking as not detected. Not enough evidence for fin |
| 06/19/26 18:51:16 | Marking fin as possibly detected based on P9-P10. INI for some is greater than
15sec and not 4 marked in a row. |
| 06/19/26 19:06:16 | Marking fin as detected based on P5-6, missing one classified pulse in a row,
however there are other pulses for context and INI is ~15. |
| 06/19/26 21:36:16 | Pretty noisy data here, but with some suspect Mn calls. likely just noise |
| 06/20/26 01:51:16 | Likely Mn call on P13, but there isn't much context or patterning with other
calls. P11 may have some low SNR calls detected. |
| 06/20/26 03:06:16 | There could be a Mn call hidden in here, but the data is very noisy |
| 06/20/26 05:21:16 | Maybe some Mn calls in P8 but noisy data |
| 06/20/26 11:21:16 | There are 3 unclassified down sweeps in P4 - marking as possibly detected for Mn.
Two of the unclassified down sweeps in p4 are part of a doublet- could also be
unclassified sei whale but doesn't meet criteria for possibly detected category
and are quite jagged. |
| 06/20/26 11:51:16 | Classified NARW call in P15 just looks like non-biological noise- very faint and
no other context around so not detected |
| 06/20/26 12:51:16 | Classified NARW calls in P12 do not look like upcalls so marking as not
detected. However, vocalizations in P11-P12 looks like fragments of Mn
vocalizations so marking as possibly detected. |
| 06/20/26 13:36:16 | Classified NARW vocalization in P3 is very low in amplitude and accompanied by
other noise at lower frequencies. There is another unclassified call in P2 that
may look similar to upcall, but again very low in amplitude that doesn't give me
confidence to mark as possibly detected for NARW. There is also similar non-
biological low frequency noise in P4. |
| 06/20/26 13:51:16 | Potential low frequency Mn moan in P13. Looks a little flat but sound coming in
strong so marking as possibly. |
| 06/20/26 14:06:16 | There is a small unclassified upsweep in P14, but very faint and short so marking
as undetected for NARW. |
| 06/20/26 14:21:16 | Classified NARW call in P1 is an artifact, not an upcall. There is a very jagged
upsweep vocalization in P6 with potentially are harmonic but is not classified
and no other convincing calls in the hour so leaving NARW as not detected. |
| 06/20/26 14:36:03 | Classified sei whale singlet in P2 does look like a down sweep, meeting criteria
for possible detection. There are a lot of short potential Mn vocalizations
around in P3-P7 -but all are very faint and truncated with no clear pattern so
leaving Mn as not detected. |
| 06/20/26 15:06:16 | Classified NARW vocalization in P5 looks more like an artifact, is not isolated,
and is mixed into non-biological low frequency noise so marking as not detected*. |
| 06/20/26 15:36:16 | Classified Mn call in P1 looks like artifact, so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/20/26 16:06:16 | Potential Mn down sweep in P2- a little jagged and faint but good overall shape
and has a duration of approx. 3 seconds. Leaving as possibly for now but can see
downgrading to not detected.* |
| 06/20/26 17:21:16 | Unsure if I'm looking at non-biological noise/Mn vocalizations. Due to potential
downsweep in P13 and long potential moan in p14- leaving Mn as possibly detected
for now.* |
| 06/20/26 17:36:16 | While jagged, classified NARW upcall in P3 has good shape and duration, so
marking as possibly detected. There is also another unclassified call with decent
shape in P9 at 17:29:41 that is not jagged just faint, providing further evidence
for meeting possible detection criteria. *** |
| 06/20/26 17:51:16 | This hour looks a little messy with artifacts/non biological noise- but there is
a potential moan at the end of P9 and upsweep in P10, so marking Mn as possibly
detected. * Could see bumping down to how much non-biological noise there is
around. |
| 06/21/26 10:06:16 | possible few fin pulses with ~16 sec IPI p13-14 |
| 06/21/26 10:21:16 | fin p10; marking humpback as possibly due to some possible LF moans/downsweeps in
p7-8 that don't appear to be fin, but could also see leaving as not detected |
| 06/21/26 10:36:16 | classified upcall and humpback in p5 are background noise |
| 06/21/26 11:36:16 | two fin pulses ~13s apart p11 and there is a third pulse beforehand but it doesn't
really fit IPI and not super convincing so leaving as not detected; some possible
LF tonal sounds throughout section that could be moans/downsweeps - hard to nail
down species with context but marking humpback as possibly |
| 06/21/26 11:51:16 | fin throughout section with multiple cases of good IPI; humpback p9 mostly
artifact |
| 06/21/26 14:36:16 | humpback p6+8 are background noise; fin p7-8 |
| 06/21/26 15:21:16 | data cutoff before any classified calls visible |
| 06/21/26 15:36:16 | classified upcall p5 background noise; classified humpback p6 background noise; |
| 06/21/26 15:51:16 | classified upcall p11 background noise |
| 06/21/26 17:05:27 | classified upcall p1 background noise, other classified upcall not visible before
data cutoff |
| 06/21/26 18:36:16 | classified upcall p8 background noise; some LF tonal sounds that may be moans p4-5
so marking humpback as possibly |
| 06/21/26 20:06:16 | a lot of artifacts/noise in this 15-minute summary. There are some down sweeps
coming in at P9 at higher amplitude so marking Mn as possibly detected. |
| 06/21/26 20:51:16 | very noisy data made up of artifacts/non bio. noise. Classified Mn in P5 looks
like an artifact so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/21/26 23:51:16 | There is a bit of low frequency noise coming in at P11 but too faint and
truncated so unsure if biological. Classified Mn call in P15 is an artifact, so
leaving Mn not detected. |
| 06/22/26 00:06:16 | Classified Mn call in P6- but call looks very jagged and there are a lot of other
jagged artifacts around so leaving Mn as not detected. |
| 06/22/26 01:21:16 | High amplitude unclassified down sweeps in P14- meets criteria for Mn possible
detection. |
| 06/22/26 01:51:16 | this 15-minute summary is very noisy but there are more isolated potential down
seeps in P10/11 so making Mn possibly detected. |
| 06/22/26 02:36:16 | This 15-minute summary looks a little noisy but there are several down sweeps
throughout in P4/P6/P8/P13 that meet Mn possible detection criteria. |
| 06/22/26 02:51:16 | Unclassified down sweeps in P4-P5 meet Mn possible detection criteria. |
| 06/22/26 03:36:16 | Though looks a little noisy- the down sweeps in P13 are loud and resemble other
Mn vocalizations so meets criteria for Mn possible detection. |
| 06/22/26 14:06:16 | possible humpback social sounds p1 |
| 06/22/26 18:06:16 | Possible Mn calls on P14. If it wasn't so noisy I would say detected. also looks a
bit like tonal noise seen in a previous PT from today. |
| 06/22/26 20:21:16 | NARW autodetection likely an artifact, but possible Mn calls in surrounding PTs |
| 06/22/26 21:21:16 | data limited for NARW detection |
| 06/22/26 22:51:16 | Possible Mn call in P9 |
| 06/23/26 04:36:16 | More convincing NARW autodetection on P5, but marking as not detected because it
is embedded in noise. |
| 06/23/26 10:51:16 | P13-15 has multiple possible upsweeps, the amplitude is faint and the structure is
truncated and nub like and sporadic so marking as not detected. P10 also has a
possible downsweep, but looks more like an artifact. |
| 06/23/26 11:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 11:51:16 | P4 has a convincing upcall, amplitude is faint and it is unclassified. P8 maybe
has more upcalls, but one looks more like an artifact and one is very truncated
and not convincing. Does not meet criteria to mark as possibly detected. |
| 06/23/26 12:51:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 13:06:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 13:51:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 14:21:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 16:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin. Background noise throughout |
| 06/23/26 16:51:16 | More background nosie |
| 06/23/26 18:06:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/23/26 18:21:16 | NARW detection in P10 looks like an artifact. NARW detection in P14 has low
amplitude, high starting frequency and is not very isolated, there is another
unclassified NARW detection in P14 that is similar to the classified detection but
not convincing evidence so marking as not detected. There is also a possible
humpback activity in P12-P14. P7 has a possible moan that could be humpback. Also
could be noise. |
| 06/23/26 19:06:16 | P3 has high amplitude downsweep, P9-12 have possible moans, but these could also
be unclassified fin pulses. P13 has some more possible upsweeps and downsweeps
that could be humpback, low amplitude for these though. Marking humpback as
possibly detected. |
| 06/23/26 19:21:16 | Data limited for NARW and fin |
| 06/23/26 20:21:16 | P8 has possible upsweep but context shows other high frequency background noise
and only one with low amplitude so marking as not detected. |
| 06/24/26 00:06:16 | Classified NARW on P6 looks like noise |
| 06/24/26 02:21:16 | Classified NARW in P8 starts high and is faint with artifact so leaving as not
detected. |
| 06/24/26 05:36:16 | Classified NARW on P13 looks like noise |
| 06/24/26 13:06:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/24/26 14:06:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/24/26 15:06:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/24/26 15:36:16 | Classified NARW on P3 looks like noise |
| 06/24/26 19:51:16 | Sei whale in P1 fits in with background noise and low amplitude, no other possible
sei whale downsweeps so marking as not detected. |
| 06/24/26 22:36:16 | Humpback in P10-11 is surround by background noise with similar amplitude so
marking as not detected. |
| 06/24/26 23:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/25/26 00:51:16 | NARW in P5 and P6 both detections fit in well with surrounding background noise
and low amplitude, NARW in P5 looks more similar to an artifact and no other
supporting context. Marking as not detected. Data limited for fin, humpback and
NARW |
| 06/25/26 01:36:16 | NARW in P1 looks more like an artifact, low amplitude and higher starting
frequency, context is more background noise. Data is limited for NARW and fin |
| 06/25/26 02:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/25/26 02:51:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/25/26 04:06:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 06/25/26 05:21:16 | NARW in P2 has jagged structure, low amplitude and fits in well with surrounding
background noise, marking as not detected. Data limited for fin, NARW and humpback |
| 06/25/26 05:36:16 | NARW in P10 looks like surrounding background noise, structure is flat and low
amplitude. P13 does have a classified 18 which could be NARW, but structure is
truncated with flat top and context has background noise with similar amplitude.
Marking as not detected. |
| 06/25/26 06:06:16 | NARW in P5 and P8 look more similar to the LF background noise throughout summary.
Similar amplitude and structure is jagged and not convincing. Marking as not
detected. |
| 06/25/26 06:36:16 | NARW in P6 is similar to other LF background noise throughout summary. Low
amplitude and structure is very jagged and looks more like an artifact/non-
biological. Classified 15, likely humpback classification, in P6 also looks non-
biological. Marking as not detected. |
| 06/25/26 07:21:16 | Data limited for humpback and fin |
| 06/25/26 07:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/25/26 07:51:16 | NARW in P2 and P3 both have higher starting frequency and context is non-bio
background noise. P2 NARW looks more like an artifact. NARW in P3 has better
structure but same amplitude as surrounding background noise. Marking as not
detected. |
| 06/25/26 08:36:16 | Really intense non-biological noise in P1. Criteria not met for fin |
| 06/25/26 09:36:16 | Criteria not met for fin. P6 does have possible upsweep, but jagged structure and
surrounding background noise, I don't think this is biological. Not enough
evidence to mark as anything. |
| 06/25/26 17:21:16 | Classified sei on P2 is noise |
| 06/25/26 17:51:16 | Classified NARW on P4 is noise |
| 06/25/26 20:36:16 | Classified NARW on P15 is noise |
| 06/26/26 01:51:16 | Classiifed NARW on P13 is part of noise |
| 06/26/26 02:36:16 | Data limited for NARW |
| 06/26/26 04:51:16 | Data limited for NARW |
| 06/26/26 05:36:16 | Classified NARW on P13 looks to be part of the noise |
| 06/26/26 06:36:16 | Classified NARW on P13 looks likely to be noise. The classified call is faint with
artifact and has other noise around it. There is an unclassified upsweep just
before it that has a better shape, but is also faint and the section is noisy. |
| 06/26/26 07:36:16 | The classified NARW on P13 looks likely to be part of noise. It is faint and
jagged and the section is very noisy. |
| 06/26/26 09:21:16 | Classified NARW on P6 looks like noise- the "upsweep" is split with two different
amplitudes and also overlaps with another faint flat pitch track. Data limited for
the second classified NARW. Section is noisy. |
| 06/26/26 15:36:16 | this and preceding PTs have had lots of scattered, random noise with occasional
LF, short tonal sounds (p7-8) - could see marking humpback as possibly due to
those, but not convinced these are biological so leaving ND |
| 06/26/26 16:06:16 | humpback p13 appears to be mostly artifact and amidst background noise |
| 06/26/26 17:51:16 | handful of long, LF tonal sounds p9-15 so marking HW as PD as these may be moans |
| 06/26/26 18:06:16 | similar to previous PT, p1-2 have long, LF tonal sounds that aren't classified as
fin and could be possible HW moans so marking as PD |
| 06/26/26 19:21:16 | four pulses between p4-5 have IPI around 10sec. one of them is classified but not
convinced so could see leaving as not detected. leaving as possibly detected for
now. call in p6, 8, 14 appear to be artifacts. upsweeps in p11 could be HW but not
convinced it's biological. other LF noise seems like background noise but could be
HW. leaving as not detected. |
| 06/26/26 19:51:16 | pulses in p8 don't have correct IPI leaving as not detected |
| 06/26/26 20:36:16 | fin pulses are false positives. marking as possibly detected for HW. p10, 13, 15-
16 have mid-frequency tonal sounds and downsweeps. not sure it meets criteria for
detected but could see changing if others agree. |
| 06/26/26 20:50:34 | p2-3 have long MF downsweeps, p6 has a shorter MF downsweep. marking possibly
detected for HW but could upgrade to detected if others agree. |
| 06/26/26 21:51:16 | p10 and 13 have 1 MF downsweep with high SNR so marking as possibly detected |
| 06/26/26 23:21:16 | one MF downsweep in p2 with possible harmonic so marking possibly detected for HW |
| 06/27/26 00:51:16 | MF downsweeps in p2, 6, 8-9 so marking as possibly detected HW |
| 06/27/26 01:36:16 | several possible HW downsweeps in p5-7, 9 but has other noise and artifacts so
leaving as possibly detected |
| 06/27/26 02:36:16 | NARW in p12 is a false positive |
| 06/27/26 03:51:16 | 2 MF downsweeps in p7, 9 so marking as possibly detected HW. downsweep in p8 is a
duplicate of the one in p9. |
| 06/27/26 14:36:16 | one downsweep in p13. unclear if it's biological or not so leaving as not detected
for now |
| 06/27/26 20:06:16 | classified upcall p13 part of background noise; p10 has some LF tonal sounds but
not convincing enough to mark as possibly HW |
| 06/27/26 20:51:16 | P11-12 has MF loud downsweeps we've been seeing so marking as PD for humpback |
| 06/27/26 21:06:16 | HW PD due to loud downsweeps p1 & 3 |
| 06/27/26 21:36:16 | HW PD due to loud moan and downsweep p14 |
| 06/27/26 21:51:16 | several moans and dowsweeps throughout section - no pattern but convincing HW
calls so marking as detected |
| 06/27/26 22:51:16 | moan and two loud downsweeps p10-12, marking HW as PD |
| 06/27/26 23:36:16 | p10-14 has several mid to high freq moans and downsweeps - on the fence with
possibly but marking HW as detected due to there being 5+ of these calls |
| 06/27/26 23:51:16 | p3-4, 6-7 have loud, long downsweeps and moans indicative of HW - marking
as detected because even though total of 4 calls, these are very convincing |
| 06/28/26 00:36:16 | detected HW due to several loud, long MF downsweeps and moans throughout section;
p7 has two classified fin pulses ~15s apart but no convincing enough third pulse
to mark as possibly |
| 06/28/26 02:06:16 | p9-13 has 4 long, loud moans/downsweeps that are convincingly HW and then there
are several LF, loud moans between p7-9 that could also be HW but not sure they
are convincing enough - marking as detected but could also see bumping down to PD |
| 06/28/26 02:51:16 | HW is PD due to downsweeps in p14-15 |
| 06/28/26 03:06:16 | low to mid-frequency upsweeps/downsweeps/moans p1, 3, 5-6 - total of ~4 of these
are convincing enough to be HW so marking as PD, but could also see bumping up to
detected |
| 06/28/26 04:21:16 | marking HW as PD due to downsweep p8 |
| 06/28/26 04:51:16 | classified upcall p6 is mostly artifact |
| 06/28/26 05:06:16 | p7 classified upcall is background noise |
| 06/28/26 07:21:16 | some loud, LF blips of sound throughout section but not convincing enough to mark
as PD for HW |
| 06/28/26 09:51:16 | classified HW p12 is mostly artifact |
| 06/28/26 10:06:16 | some LF, loud tonal sounds P5-8 could be possible HW moans but surrounded by lots
of noise and no other context so probably non-bio, leaving as ND; classified RW p7
appears to be part of the scattered faint background noise so leaving as ND |
| 06/28/26 11:51:16 | classified upcall p10 is background noise; other classified upcall not visible
before data cutoff |
| 06/28/26 12:36:16 | classified upcall p5 is background noise; other classified upcall and classified
HW not visible before data cutoff |
| 06/28/26 13:36:16 | classified HW p10 is background noise |
| 06/28/26 14:36:16 | classified HW calls appear to be noise but there is a series of loud, LF tonal
sounds p4-6 that could be HW, so marking as PD |
| 06/28/26 15:36:16 | both classified HW calls are background noise; P4-5, 7-9 have several LF sounds
that seem to be spaced somewhat regularly/some look more tonal so possibly HW? but
also could be non-bio so leaving as ND for now |
| 06/28/26 15:51:16 | classified HW P14 is mostly artifact; p13 has streak of LF sounds that could be HW
or non-bio - not convincing enough so leaving as ND for now |
| 06/28/26 16:51:16 | again, some loud LF sounds p11-15 but not convincing enough so leaving HW as ND
for now |
| 06/28/26 17:06:16 | classified upcall p6 is faint, jagged and appears similar to nearby background
noise so leaving as ND for now, but could see bumping to PD since it is
technically isolated; lots of loud, LF tonal sounds throughout section again and
spacing/shape of some of these are convincing enough to be possible moans so
marking HW as PD |
| 06/28/26 17:36:16 | another section with lots of LF, loud sounds, but here the spacing and structure
of them appear to be more likely non-bio so leaving HW as ND, but want second
opinion |
| 06/28/26 18:36:16 | marking HW as PD due to possible LF moan in p8 and scattered loud, LF sounds p1-7;
it is possible these are non-bio but thought they were convincing enough to mark
as possibly |
| 06/28/26 19:21:16 | There are 3 classified fin calls, none are really in the correct pattern with
noise on top of those calls.
Other LF noise throughout, P9 has two calls, one classified as fin whale, both
look the same with upsweeps on top of the LF. Could be biological, but not 100%
sure. |
| 06/28/26 20:06:16 | P12 has patterned MF down sweeps, P13 and P15 appear to have LF moans, marking as
possibly detected. Other LF upsweep on P7, doesn't really look like an upcall, but
it does look biological. |
| 06/28/26 20:21:16 | The classified fin whale calls have an IPI that is too far apart, leaving as not
detected. |
| 06/28/26 20:36:16 | P12 and P14 have LF chatter that looks like it could be biological/patterned, not
convincing enough for HW, making note just in case. |
| 06/28/26 20:51:16 | I'm counting 4 calls on P6,P7, and P12 that could be HW. marking possibly
detected. |
| 06/28/26 21:36:16 | 1 classified SW call that does not look like a SW, a lot of noise on this page
that doesn't look biological or patterned to be possibly detected for HW |
| 06/28/26 22:06:16 | LF upsweep on P3, not a great shape and not convinced its RW or HW |
| 06/28/26 23:06:16 | Not convincing classified SW on P3, not a downsweep shape and very steep, leaving
not detected |
| 06/28/26 23:51:16 | Classified RW on P10, not a clear upcall with tracks stacked on top of each other.
The classified area itself is isolated, it's the shape with an artifact and
stacked noise that makes it not convincing, leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 00:06:16 | P10,11,12 have possible HW call, there are similar shapes at roughly the same
time. There is also an upsweep shape at the start of P11, different amplitude than
the other calls. Marking possibly detected for HW. |
| 06/29/26 00:21:16 | 1 MF downsweep shape on P2 that could be HW, no pattern visible and no other
convincing calls. |
| 06/29/26 00:36:16 | A lot of noise P1-5, looks like it may be patterned, does not look biological. |
| 06/29/26 02:06:16 | A lot of noise present, classified RW on P2. There's noise in the context and the
classified tracks are stacked. Mostly the right shape, but the way the tracks are
stacked at similar amplitude with all the noise around it makes it not convincing,
leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 03:36:16 | P10 and 11 have similar LF tracks that may be patterned for HW, context provides a
lot of noise. Leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 04:36:16 | Noise on P13-15, doesn't look patterned enough for HW. Leaving not detected. |
| 06/29/26 05:06:16 | P9 has an upsweep, doesn't look enough like RW, frequency seems a little too high
and the overall shape has an artifact in it. Not convincing to mark, just making a
note. Leaving not detected. |
| 06/29/26 05:51:16 | P6 at 5:41:30 - 5:41:40 has some calls that look patterned and biological, with
some calls right before that. No other obvious calls, P6 is the main evidence.
Marking HW as possibly detected. |
| 06/29/26 06:06:16 | P9 has classified RW, frequency looks right, overall shape is just a nub followed
by a bit of noise. No other RW context, leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 06:51:16 | 2 small upsweep shapes at the start of P3. one off which is under a lot of noise.
No other obvious patterns on this page, those upsweeps don't look like RW and
aren't convincing for HW. Leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 07:06:16 | Classified HW on P8 followed by a MF downsweep that could be HW. Marking as
possibly detected. |
| 06/29/26 07:21:16 | One small MF downsweep on P8. Not really convincing for HW, not good context
around it either. Leaving as not detected |
| 06/29/26 09:51:16 | Classified NARW vocalization is surrounded by low frequency noise, no other calls
in this 15-minute summary, cannot be confident this is biological so leaving as
not detected. |
| 06/29/26 14:21:16 | A lot of what looks like non-biological noise/artifacts in P4-P5. |
| 06/29/26 16:36:16 | Unsure if pitch tracks in P11 could be Mn upsweep with harmonics but since its
low amplitude, has artifacts, and there is other random non-biological noise in
P12- leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 17:06:16 | Classified NARW vocalization in P15 is low amplitude, short, and too mixed in to
other low frequency noise to feel confident so leaving as not detected- pitch
tracks following it looks more reminiscent of Mn vocalizations but again, too
short in duration to feel confident including. |
| 06/29/26 17:21:16 | Unclassified pitch track in P2 looks like Mn moan- good duration and decent
amplitude so leaving as possibly detected. |
| 06/29/26 17:34:43 | Classified Mn call in P4 seems to be part of non-biological noise made up of many
artifacts so keeping as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 18:51:16 | Unclassified pitch tracks in P11 are very low amplitude with no clear structure,
so leaving Mn as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 19:06:16 | P13 has a mix of tracks that looks like it could be biological/non biological but
because low amplitude and no clear structure, leaving Mn as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 19:21:16 | Classified Mn call in P15 is too short and low amplitude to be feel confident
including so leaving as not detected. While there could be a potential moan in
P15, structure is not convincing enough and there's other non-biological noise
around so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 19:47:13 | Classified NARW call does not look like upcall, so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/29/26 20:21:16 | classified upcall p5 is background noise |
| 06/29/26 20:51:16 | classified HW is background noise |
| 06/29/26 21:36:16 | classified HW and RW in p10-11 are both background noise |
| 06/29/26 22:36:16 | background noise |
| 06/29/26 23:36:16 | classified HW is background noise |
| 06/30/26 00:51:16 | both classified RW calls are noise |
| 06/30/26 01:51:16 | classified humpback p9 is background noise |
| 06/30/26 02:06:16 | classified humpback p10 is background noise; data cutoff before classified RW
visible |
| 06/30/26 04:06:16 | classified HW and RW p2 is background noise |
| 06/30/26 04:36:16 | classified RW p15 is background noise |
| 06/30/26 04:51:16 | classified HW p2 is artifact; classified RW p5 is background noise |
| 06/30/26 08:06:16 | classified upcall p14 looks to be part of surrounding background noise; classified
upcall p16 mostly artifact, leaving as ND |
| 06/30/26 08:21:16 | think the sounds in p1-2 are probably non-bio but they are pretty isolated so
could potentially be moans - marking HW as PD |
| 06/30/26 08:36:16 | HW p5 mostly artifact |
| 06/30/26 10:51:16 | couple loud LF tonal sounds in p2 with nearby noise - could see marking HW as
possibly but given context I think it's non-bio, so leaving ND |
| 06/30/26 11:06:16 | some LF tonal sounds/upsweeps p13-14 - on the fence with this one but since they
are pretty isolated, marking HW as PD |
| 06/30/26 11:51:16 | a lot of short pitch tracks throughout the 15-minute summary, none convincingly
biological. |
| 06/30/26 13:36:16 | classified NARW call does not look like upcall/ or look biological in general so
leaving as not detected. |
| 06/30/26 15:36:16 | Classified Mn calls in P16 are faint but not convincing enough as the 15-minute
period has artifacts/non-biological noise so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/30/26 16:06:16 | Classified Mn call in P5 has some potential due to being higher in amplitude but
overlapping with other noise and there are other artifacts nearby so leaving as
not detected. |
| 06/30/26 17:21:16 | Classified NARW call in P15 is short, no other convincing call in 15-minute
period, and nearby other non-biological pitch tracks so leaving as not detected. |
| 06/30/26 17:36:16 | Potential Mn down sweeps in P12 with decent amplitude and good structure so
marking Mn as possibly detected. |
| 06/30/26 19:06:16 | Unclassified pitch track in P16 looks like Mn down sweep despite an artifact
trying to connect them. Structure is decent despite being broken up and also has
decent amplitude to marking as possibly detected. |
| 06/30/26 21:21:16 | P6/7 some downsweeps |
| 06/30/26 22:21:16 | Downsweeps in P11 potentially Mn calls. lower SNR than before and not the exact
same calls. still on the edge of it being system noise of some form |
| 06/30/26 22:36:16 | Same odd sweeps P10/11 |
| 06/30/26 23:06:16 | Looks like fin whales and not noise this time, could use another set of eyes on
the IPIs. again same odd sweeps that could be Mn. |
| 06/30/26 23:21:16 | MF downsweeps p7-9 |
| 06/30/26 23:51:16 | P5 sweep does not look very biological. unsure. |
| 07/01/26 00:51:16 | downsweeps P13-16 look better here, potentially Mn. |
| 07/01/26 01:06:16 | Labelling sweeps as detected for Mn due to some more patterning. could drop to
possibly |
| 07/01/26 01:36:16 | Same as previous |
| 07/01/26 01:51:16 | at least 6 mid- to high-frequency moans and downsweeps throughout section |
| 07/01/26 02:36:16 | Possible Mn in P13 |
| 07/01/26 04:06:16 | Possible Mn in P5. NARW autodetection in P11 is somewhat decent and may push to
possibly. |
| 07/01/26 04:51:16 | Possible Mn on P12. |
| 07/01/26 06:21:16 | Possible Mn calls P4/6 |
| 07/01/26 09:36:16 | Possible fin in P12 but the IPI looks too large? |
| 07/01/26 11:06:16 | P11-13 has classified fin calls, with some LF noise in between calls. The IPI are
roughly 10 seconds between the first two followed by ~15s to another pair of calls
that are again ~10s apart. |
| 07/01/26 12:36:16 | Loud LF sounds from P4-6 a few more on P8 and P11. Leaving as ND as recent
conversations had a consensus of ND, making note as these look similar to the
examples brought to the group. |
| 07/01/26 13:21:16 | Classified NARW on P10. The track of upcall shape is stacked on top of noise, at a
slightly lower frequency than stereotyped upcall. Small nub-like shape at the end
of P6, similar frequency. Isolated, not much going on around there, that's the
only context for PD. Too much noise associated with the classified call for me to
feel confident for PD, leaving as ND. |
| 07/01/26 15:06:16 | Classified NARW on P2. Stacked pitch tracks, bottom one is the loudest. Unlike the
last NARW call, this one is much more isolated. Looks similar to the last one that
it is lower frequency. Went over an example like this in the meeting today,
overall consensus was ND (I think). Leaving as ND. |
| 07/01/26 17:36:16 | P5 and 14 have calls that could be HW. The IPI for classified FW calls look too
close together. Leaving PD for HW and ND for FW. |
| 07/01/26 17:51:16 | Classified FW on P3 has IPI that's really pushing the max at 15-16s, also has
some noise in between calls. Last 2 FW on P4 looks too close together. More on P5
and P6. Too far apart on P5, too close together on P6. Leaving as ND. Upgraded FW
to Detected after secondary look. Loud, isolated pulses with an IPI that has been
seen before, just new to me. |
| 07/01/26 19:51:16 | P4 looks like it may have some HW social sounds on it, but not 100% sure. Leaving
as PD.
Downgraded to ND after secondary look |
| 07/01/26 20:51:16 | Downsweeps in P11/12 |
| 07/01/26 21:06:16 | Some possible HW moans in P2/3 |
| 07/01/26 22:21:16 | Fin with good IPI P4 |
| 07/01/26 23:21:16 | Possible HW downsweep in P2 |
| 07/01/26 23:36:16 | Classified NARW in P2 looks like noise. 4 clear HW downsweeps in P3/4 with what
looks like harmonics rather than additional calls. There is a potential call on P4
between the downsweeps and a short downsweep on P2 so could possibly bump up to
detected, but those calls are less clear. |
| 07/02/26 00:06:16 | HW downsweeps throughout. Fin with good IPI P12 |
| 07/02/26 00:51:16 | Downsweep on P1 |
| 07/02/26 01:06:16 | Downsweep on P2 |
| 07/02/26 02:06:16 | 3 classified fin in a row on P11, slightly variable IPI but within reason |
| 07/02/26 02:36:16 | HW downsweeps on P1, 10, and 12. P5 has possible vocalization but faint and with
artifact. |
| 07/02/26 03:06:16 | Classified fin on P9 have too short an IPI. Possible HW downsweep in P15 |
| 07/02/26 03:21:16 | Data limited for fin |
| 07/02/26 03:31:42 | 3 consecutive classified fin on P1 with good IPI. Possible HW on P1, but very
faint so leaving as ND. |
| 07/02/26 04:21:16 | HW downsweep on P4 |
| 07/02/26 07:06:16 | 3 consecutive classified fin on P2, slightly variable IPI but within reason |
| 07/02/26 09:51:16 | Classified NARW on P7 is faint, has artifact, and is in with other noise as a
similar amplitude so leaving ND. |
| 07/02/26 21:51:16 | Likely Mn, but not enough calls to label as detected (Same for previous couple
PTs) |
| 07/02/26 22:06:16 | Same as previous |
| 07/03/26 00:36:16 | Considering pushing Mn to detected, candidate calls in P5/7/8 |
| 07/03/26 02:51:16 | While likely another Mn call in P6 given context, this is looking pretty close to
a NARW upcall. additional review required. |
| 07/03/26 11:36:16 | Potential Mn downsweep in P14, marking as possibly detected. |
| 07/03/26 11:51:16 | Theres some artifacts throughout the 15 minute summary but in P2 there is a moan
with decent structure and amplitude, meeting criteria for possibly detected. |
| 07/03/26 12:06:16 | Classified sei whale call in P4 doesn't quite look like the right structure for
sei whale down sweep and is surrounding by other pitch tracks so leaving as not
detected. |
| 07/03/26 14:36:16 | very noisy 15 minute summary, potential Mn moan in P10 but very low amplitude and
within an hour of other non-biological noise so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/03/26 15:06:16 | a lot of low frequency pitch tracks throughout 15-minute summary but doesn't look
convincingly biological. |
| 07/03/26 16:06:16 | A lot of non-biological pitch tracks throughout the 15 minute summary, classified
sei whale call in P12 is not a downsweep/ does not look biological so leaving as
not detected. |
| 07/03/26 16:51:16 | classified NARW upcall in P8 does not look like upcall/ looks like non-biological
noise so not detected. Classified sei whale call overlaps with classified NARW in
P8 and also does not look biological, leaving as not detected. |
| 07/03/26 17:36:16 | Classified NARW call in P13 does not look like upcall/biological so leaving as
not detected. |
| 07/03/26 19:06:16 | a lot of low frequency pitch tracks throughout, but none convincingly biological. |
| 07/03/26 19:36:16 | Mn down sweeps with good amplitude + structure in P14, meets criteria for
possibly detected. |
| 07/03/26 21:21:16 | Short potential down sweep in P11 with decent amplitude, making Mn possibly
detected. |
| 07/03/26 21:36:16 | Mn down sweeps in P1 + P3 with decent amplitude and good shape, particularly in
P3, making Mn possibly detected. |
| 07/05/26 01:51:16 | NARW detection (P9) has nice shape, but surrounded by noise so labelling at ND.
could boost to PD. |
| 07/05/26 10:06:16 | Classified NARW in P5 low amplitude + in the middle of non-biological noise, so
leaving as not detected. |
| 07/05/26 10:21:16 | Classified NARW in P10 does not look like upcall and is made up of artifacts, so
leaving as not detected. Second classified call listed in second library does not
appear in 15-minute summary, likely due to data limit being reached. |
| 07/05/26 13:36:16 | very noisy |
| 07/05/26 14:36:16 | Classified Mn call in P11 looks like artifact, no other convincing call around,
leaving as not detected. |
| 07/05/26 15:06:16 | Classified Mn call looks non biological, no other convincing calls around,
leaving Mn as not detected. |
| 07/05/26 16:21:16 | Classified NARW call in P7 doesn't have good shape, is low amplitude, and is
nearby non-biological pitch tracks so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/05/26 17:21:16 | Classified NARW call in P4 is low amplitude, doesn't have good shape-jagged, no
other convincing calls, other non-biological noise around - leaving as not
detected. |
| 07/05/26 18:06:16 | Classified NARW call in P7 shape a little off w/ artifact, low amplitude, other
non-biological noise around at similar amplitude- so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/05/26 20:36:16 | NARW autodetection in P10 is likely noise, but it has a relatively decent shape to
it although low SNR. Marking as PD for now |
| 07/06/26 23:36:16 | Humpback downsweeps in P6 and 8 |
| 07/07/26 00:36:16 | Humpback downsweep in P 15 |
| 07/07/26 00:51:16 | Humpback downsweep in P1 |
| 07/07/26 01:06:16 | Humpback downsweep in P15 |
| 07/07/26 13:21:16 | Possible humpback in P7 and 8 |
| 07/08/26 03:21:16 | NARW autodetection has good shape to it, isolated, could shift to either ND or
detected. low SNR with higher SNR lower harmonic. requires additional review. PD
for Mn in P12 but could shift to ND due to low SNR and nearby noise. |
| 07/08/26 03:51:16 | Some odd shaped upsweeps in P8, P12, and P4 (possibly disconnected PT at ~58s).
Likely all are noise and I am more alert now due to previous NARW PD. |
| 07/08/26 05:51:16 | NARW autodetection looks like noise here, and we see more examples of similar
noise in P7 and P9. |
| 07/08/26 08:06:16 | Classified fin are noise |
| 07/08/26 08:36:16 | Classified NARW and Sei overlap on P1. The downsweep is loud, though given it's
shape and all the shorter downsweeps in the section seems more likely to be HW.
The other classified sei on P5 is also loud but too flat to be a sei
downsweep. Leaving ND for sei. The classified NARW above
theclassified sei downsweep on P1 is short with artifact and has another little
blip above it and there are no other potential upcalls in the section so leaving
as NARW as ND. Marking HW as possibly detected due to all the loud short
downsweeps. |
| 07/08/26 11:36:16 | There are some loud and longer calls on P7, 9, and 12 that could be moans, but no
other convincing context. Marking PD for HW. |
| 07/08/26 12:21:16 | A few loud and longer flat calls in P3 and 4 that could be moans. Marking PD for
HW. |
| 07/08/26 14:06:16 | Possible moans on P9 and 10 marking PD for HW |
| 07/08/26 17:36:16 | Both classified NARW on P11 are part of noise |
| 07/08/26 20:51:16 | possible HW loud MF downsweeps in p9,11 |
| 07/08/26 21:06:16 | possible HW moan p1 |
| 07/08/26 21:36:16 | possible HW downsweep p13 and some possible LF chatter throughout |
| 07/08/26 21:51:16 | several MF downsweeps and moans throughout section |
| 07/08/26 22:36:16 | several MF downsweeps and moans |
| 07/08/26 23:21:16 | ~4-5 MF moans p14-15 - leaving HW as PD due to number of convincing sounds but
could see bumping to detected |
| 07/08/26 23:36:16 | p1 and 7 have some possible HW moans/downsweeps; the flat lines in p9-10 look non-
bio; classified RW not visible before data cutoff |
| 07/09/26 00:36:16 | MF downsweeps and moans throughout |
| 07/09/26 01:06:16 | MF downsweep p8 possible HW |
| 07/09/26 02:06:16 | classified NARW p6 appears to be noise |
| 07/09/26 02:51:16 | MF downsweeps and moans p12-15 |
| 07/09/26 03:06:16 | MF moans and downsweeps p5, 6, 8 - some contain artifacts attaching lower freq
component to the higher freq component but artifacts aside, the sounds are
convincing and amount to ~6 total so marking HW as detected |
| 07/09/26 03:36:16 | possible HW p11 |
| 07/09/26 04:51:16 | possible HW p1 |
| 07/09/26 09:36:16 | p7 has two LF tonal sounds that could be moans but given context, I think they are
non-bio so leaving as ND for HW |
| 07/09/26 09:51:16 | lots of LF scattered noise throughout that could in theory be fragmented
vocalizations but nothing convincing enough so leaving as ND |
| 07/09/26 13:51:16 | detected fin p11-12; several short sounds that could technically be HW throughout
but we've been seeing lots of these loud, LF blips of sounds so since there are no
super convincing calls amidst that, leaving HW as ND |
| 07/09/26 15:36:16 | classified fin pulses p10-14 but no good pulse train with consistent, seasonally
plausible interval, so leaving as ND for now but could see bumping to PD |
| 07/09/26 15:51:16 | classified fin pulses throughout section with PD criteria on p4 |
| 07/09/26 16:06:16 | p13 has MF tonal sound that could be HW moan or non-bio - leaving as PD just in
case |
| 07/09/26 20:51:16 | possible HW p11 |
| 07/09/26 21:06:16 | possible HW p6+8 |
| 07/09/26 21:51:16 | 3 downsweeps p1-3 |
| 07/09/26 22:06:16 | 5 downsweeps/moans p9+14-15 so marking HW as detected |
| 07/09/26 22:21:16 | possible HW p14-15 |
| 07/09/26 22:36:16 | at least 3 convincing MF HW calls and several LF possible HW throughout section -
marking as PD but could see bumping to detected |
| 07/09/26 22:51:16 | ~6 MF downsweeps/moans throughout section so marking HW as detected |
| 07/09/26 23:06:16 | downsweeps in p1 were considered in previous section's submission but additional
possible HW in p16 |
| 07/09/26 23:21:16 | several MF downsweeps/moans p1-5 |
| 07/09/26 23:36:16 | possible HW p7 |
| 07/10/26 00:21:16 | 3 pulses ~15 sec apart p13 - middle one is very short but marking fin as PD;
classified HW p15 appears to be background noise |
| 07/10/26 00:36:16 | possible HW p7 |
| 07/10/26 00:51:16 | possible HW p3 |
| 07/10/26 01:51:16 | several MF downsweeps/moans throughout section |
| 07/10/26 03:06:16 | possible HW p8 |
| 07/10/26 03:51:16 | ~5 mid- to high-freq downsweeps/moan/upsweep throughout section so marking HW as
detected |
| 07/10/26 04:06:16 | possible HW p5 |
| 07/10/26 05:21:16 | lots of loud LF blips of sound throughout this section but not sure they're
biological, plus some faint MF downsweeping sounds but those also aren't
convincing so leaving all as ND |
| 07/10/26 06:06:16 | low tonal sounds p1 + 3 but not convinced they're bio so leaving as ND |
| 07/10/26 06:51:16 | lots of loud, LF short sounds throughout this section but none are super
convincing as calls; p10 has two classified fin pulses with a sound in between
that would make the IPI ~15 but that middle sound appears slightly higher than
20hz so leaving as ND |
| 07/10/26 12:36:16 | Possible HW mid freq vocalization in P5, but noisy nearby so leaving ND |
| 07/10/26 12:51:16 | Classified NARW in P13 is noise |
| 07/10/26 14:06:16 | A lot going on in this section that could be HW or just noise. There are loud but
short LF noises on a couple panels, but particularly in P13. There is a lot of MF
of varying amplitudes on P4 and 5. However, there is a lot of artifact and no
discernable pattern. Marking PD for HW. |
| 07/10/26 15:21:16 | Classified NARW on P1 is noise |
| 07/10/26 17:36:16 | Classified NARW in P8 looks like noise. Blue and broken shape, this section is
very noisy so leaving ND. |
| 07/10/26 20:06:16 | a lot of low freq noise around |
| 07/10/26 21:36:16 | a lot of short low freq noise/artifacts around |
| 07/10/26 21:51:16 | Classified Mn pitch track in P4 is very short and doesn't look like a convincing
call, however, there is a high amplitude down sweep w/ good shape in P5 so
marking as possibly detected. |
| 07/10/26 23:36:16 | 4 pitch tracks in P5,6,7,12 show great evidence of Mn down sweeps with additional
lower amplitude upsweep in P6 and down sweep in P15. For this reason, marking Mn
as detected. |
| 07/10/26 23:51:16 | Unclassified down sweep in P3 + unclassified moan in P14 have good shape and
amplitude, marking Mn as possibly detected. |
| 07/11/26 00:51:16 | very noisy, a lot of non-biological noise/artifacts around. |
| 07/11/26 01:36:16 | A lot of unclassified Mn calls - Downsweeps/moans in P7, P13-P14, meets 5+ calls
criteria, making Mn detected. |
| 07/11/26 01:51:16 | Unclassified downsweeps with good shape + amplitude in P1+P10, marking as
possibly detected. |
| 07/11/26 02:36:16 | Clustered Mn calls in P5- down sweep/moans. Despite some artifacts connecting
calls, believe unclassified pitch tracks in P6 are Mn upsweeps. Marking as
detected due to meeting 5+ calls. * |
| 07/11/26 03:21:16 | Classified Mn call in P12 is very short/low amplitude, not convincing enough
given no good context around, marking as not detected. |
| 07/11/26 03:36:16 | Unclassified down sweep in P1 has good shape/decent amplitude- marking Mn as
possibly detected. |
| 07/11/26 05:06:16 | a low of what looks like non-biological low freq. noise throughout the 15 minute
summary. |
| 07/11/26 06:06:16 | very noisy, a lot of low freq noise/artifacts around within 15-minute summary. |
| 07/11/26 07:06:16 | again, a lot of short low frequency noise within the 15-minute summary, looks
more non-biological. |
| 07/11/26 07:51:16 | Very noisy, a lot of short-low freq noise around, classified Bp calls are very
isolated and don't occur in pattern. |
| 07/11/26 11:21:16 | classified upcall p10 appears to be noise
|
| 07/11/26 13:36:16 | downsweeping sound p15 but all other sounds throughout section look like they are
probably non-bio background - marking HW as PD just in case but could also see
leaving as ND |
| 07/11/26 16:21:16 | lack of context due to data cut off so tonal MF sound in p4 made me pause but
think it is probably associated with background noise so leaving ND for HW |
| 07/11/26 16:36:16 | somewhat convincing unclassified upsweep in p5 but none of the other sounds are
convincing as upcalls so leaving RW as ND |
| 07/11/26 16:51:16 | lots of LF sounds like we've been seeing and most appear to be noise, but the
sounds in p13-14 look possibly biological, and a couple have a slight upsweep to
them - none are classified RW or have great upcall structure so marking HW as PD |
| 07/11/26 17:21:16 | p11 has two classified pulses ~15s apart but the preceding sound that could be
considered as a third pulse doesn't look to be at the right frequency so leaving
fin as ND, but could see bumping to PD |
| 07/11/26 17:51:16 | lots of LF sounds that appear to be noise throughout but two LF tonal sounds in p8
have a slight upsweep to them and look like they could potentially be biological,
though could in theory by RW or HW... leaving as ND for now |
| 07/11/26 19:51:16 | classified upcall p3 is background noise |
| 07/11/26 21:06:16 | possible MF moan p16 - could be non-bio or HW so marking as PD |

| 07/12/26 02:21:16 | p12-13, 15 have ~4 MF downsweeps/moans, so marking HW as PD |

| 07/12/26 05:21:16 | classified RW p7 is noise |
| 07/12/26 05:36:16 | classified sei p12 appears to be a misclassification |
| 07/12/26 06:21:16 | possible HW p11 |
| 07/12/26 08:36:16 | classified upcall p4 is difficult to see but appears to be mostly
artifact/attached to background noise + no other upcalls for context so leaving RW
as ND for now |
| 07/12/26 09:36:16 | two classified fin pulses p5 ~17s apart, with a third unclassified sound ~17s
after that, but that third sound appears to be slightly higher than 20Hz...
marking fin as PD just in case but could also see leaving as ND |
| 07/12/26 12:21:16 | loud, LF sounds p5-7 look like they could be biological + possible MF moan p7 so
marking HW as PD; unclassified upsweep p4 has decent shape but no other upsweeps
in section so leaving RW as ND |

| 07/13/26 14:06:16 | classified NARW p14 appears to be part of background noise |
| 07/13/26 15:51:16 | lots of LF, loud sounds like we've been seeing but some of these are more isolated
- still think these are probably non-bio or hard to attribute to any one species
if not, so leaving as ND now |
| 07/13/26 17:06:16 | p14 has some LF faint sounds, could be non-bio but if not, hard to attribute to
any single species so leaving as ND for now |
| 07/13/26 18:21:16 | classified NARW p6 is background noise; p14-16 has some loud LF sounds like we've
been seeing but the spacing of these appear somewhat isolated and possibly
biological? but also could be non-bio, plus, they are hard to attribute to any one
species, so leaving as ND for now but could see bumping to PD for HW |
| 07/13/26 19:06:16 | classified NARW p3 appears to be part of background noise |
| 07/13/26 20:21:16 | unclassified NARW p12, pretty sure it's just noise but want to be sure |

| 07/13/26 23:06:16 | p11 poss downsweep but very short, p14 + p15 each have one more convincing
downsweep, marking PD |
| 07/14/26 00:06:16 | p3 + p6 have a few HW sounds, other lower freq sounds could be HW or non-bio,
marking as PD |
| 07/14/26 04:21:16 | one downsweep in p15, everything else looks like noise and artifacts |
| 07/14/26 04:36:16 | two loud downsweeps in p2 + p4 |

| 07/15/26 07:21:16 | lots of noise throughout section that mostly appears non-bio, some (ie p11) look
possibly biological but hard to attribute to any single species - leaving all as
ND for now |
| 07/15/26 07:36:16 | p9 contender for PD fin if one of the first pulses is included - IPI is ~11/12 sec
so could make sense seasonally - not super convincing but marking PD just in case |
| 07/15/26 10:51:16 | LF sounds in p14 may be background noise or biological but hard to attribute to
any species, so leaving as ND |
| 07/15/26 11:06:16 | P13 classified HW is background noise |
| 07/15/26 11:36:16 | possible HW p11 |
| 07/15/26 13:36:16 | P4 has a classified RW, surrounded by noise, call itself doesn't look right. P8
and P9 have some sounds that look like they could be HW, not very convincing
though. Leaving both as ND. |

as PD HW |
| 07/15/26 23:06:16 | at least six downsweeps so marking as detected HW |
| 07/15/26 23:21:16 | p14 + p16 have what appear to be two downsweeps connected by an artifact, one
other poss downsweep but a bit short so not sure if it's good enough to count so
leaving as PD HW but could bump up if agreed - upgraded to detected |
| 07/15/26 23:36:16 | two downsweeps in p7, one other poss downsweep in p9, marking PD |
| 07/15/26 23:51:16 | two downsweep in p13 + p15 |

| 07/16/26 13:21:16 | P3 has one HW downsweep |
| 07/16/26 14:21:16 | P10 has possible NARW, but it may be background noise since it's faint, not sure

| 07/17/26 23:21:16 | very noisy P11-P14- looks non-biological. |
| 07/17/26 23:51:16 | very noisy - what appears to be a lot of non-bio noise in P3-P8. Classified Mn
call in P4 mixed in to non-bio noise, no other convincing calls around outside of
noise so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/18/26 02:36:16 | Some non-biological noise around, potential unclassified low amplitude Mn moan in
P12 but because no other convincing calls to give more context, leaving as not
detected. * |
| 07/18/26 06:21:16 | a lot of low freq non biological noise in P3/P5. |
| 07/18/26 06:36:16 | again, a lot of non-biological noise in P8-P11. |

| 07/18/26 07:21:16 | The jagged shape + flat tonal noise under classified NARW call suggests this is a
false positive so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/18/26 07:51:16 | Classified NARW pitch track in P14 jagged/low amplitude/ too mixed into non-
biological noise, not happening in isolation, leaving as not detected. Been
seeing more of those flat non-bio pitch tracks in P14 within the past day. |

| 07/18/26 18:21:16 | classified NARW call in P13 is part of low freq non-biological noise so leaving
as not detected. |
| 07/18/26 18:51:16 | Classified NARW call in P15 does not look like upcall- part of non-biological
background noise so leaving as not detected. |
| 07/18/26 19:06:16 | a lot of low freq non-biological noise within 15-minute summary. |
| 07/18/26 22:36:16 | Classified NARW on P15 looks like noise |
| 07/19/26 08:36:16 | Some potential moans on P1 and P5 that are louder, but this section has a lot of
noise as well. The classified sei is part of the noise. |
| 07/19/26 09:36:16 | Classified NARW on P4 is likely noise. There are 3 pitch tracks stacked on top of
each other. The loudest is a slight downsweep on the bottom. There is a faint
track with a slight upsweep above it and then the track on top that has an upsweep
is very faint with artifact. There is noise shortly after the classified call as
well so leaving ND. |
| 07/19/26 10:06:16 | The classified NARW on P15 is faint and in with noise of the same amplitude. |
| 07/19/26 10:21:16 | The classified sei on P3 is part of noise |
| 07/19/26 11:51:16 | Possible HW in P15/16, but section has been noisy so could also be noise. |
| 07/19/26 16:06:16 | Data limited for NARW |

| 07/20/26 13:51:16 | NARW classification not viewable due to data cut off |
| 07/20/26 17:06:16 | Possible fin whale, especially end of P6 and P7 with possible double call
sequence, with three in a row |
| 07/20/26 19:51:16 | one poss sei whale downsweep in p10 but not convinced it's not noise so leaving ND
for now but could bump up to PD if agreed - bumped up to PD after review |

| 07/20/26 21:51:16 | 4 downsweeps p2, p6, p7 |
| 07/20/26 23:51:16 | p14-15 two HW downsweeps |
| 07/21/26 00:06:16 | 2 HW downsweeps in p2 |
| 07/21/26 00:51:16 | p7, p15 two poss HW downsweeps.the one in p7 might be an artifact |
| 07/21/26 02:06:16 | at least four poss HW sounds |
| 07/21/26 02:21:16 | one downsweep in p6, lots of artifacts |
| 07/21/26 04:21:16 | one poss downsweep in p12 but no super convincing so leaving as ND |
| 07/21/26 18:36:16 | P4-P6 has possible HW moans, there are some intermittent classified fin pulses
however the moans stand out from the fin pulses as they are longer than a pulse
and look more similar to HW social sounds so I am marking HW as possibly detected.
I could also see marking HW as detected. |
| 07/21/26 21:06:16 | P8 has convincing HW downsweep and P2, P5 and P11 have other HW evidence, possible
moans. Marking humpback as possibly detected. There is some LF noise, but the HW
calls are isolated. Also one or two other LF sounds that could be HW, I could also
see marking as detected. |
| 07/21/26 21:21:16 | P11, P12 and P15 have possible downsweeps/moan but with the other noise throughout
for P11-p12 I am not convinced for HW. Leaving as not detected. |
| 07/21/26 21:36:16 | P6-P8 have LF noise that could be HW, but no obvious patterns and I am just not
convinced enough to mark this as detected. |
| 07/21/26 23:21:16 | P10 has long possible HW moans but I am leaning towards LF noise. Marking as not
detected. |
| 07/22/26 01:21:16 | P8 has an isolated possible HW downsweep, but with other MF/HF noise I am not
convinced. Not a lot of other HW evidence. Marking as not detected for now. |
| 07/22/26 02:51:16 | P9, P13 and P14 have possible HW downsweep/moans, possible social sounds. There is
other LF noise. MF downsweep is isolated and looks biological. |
| 07/22/26 03:02:47 | P2 has LF sounds that could be HW, looks similar to social sounds I have seen
before. Two are marked as fin but others look more convincingly like HW. Marking
as possibly detected for now. |
| 07/22/26 06:36:16 | P2 has classified RW upsweep, but fits in perfectly with surrounding LF noise so
marking as not detected. |
| 07/22/26 10:51:16 | P3 has some LF and MF moans that might be HW. There is other LF noise in P4, 10
and 11, but not totally convinced it is biological. P6 has LF noise that I think
is just noise and non-bio. Given no supporting context and short and flat
structures marking as not detected. |
| 07/22/26 11:06:16 | NARW in P7 looks like artifact and is surrounded by other artifacts, structure is
jagged and low amplitude so marking as not detected. |
| 07/22/26 13:21:16 | P12 has a possible unclassified upsweep and the structure looks good but is
attached to possible noise, no other context so leaving as not detected as it does
not meet the criteria. P5-7 have classified fin pulses however I am not convinced
all are biological. 3 have accurate INI of ~10, including a non classified
potential pulse so marking as possibly detected. |
| 07/22/26 14:06:16 | P7 has long LF sound that looks similar to other LF noise I have seen a lot of.
Leaving HW as not detected but wanted to make note of this. |
| 07/22/26 17:36:16 | P7-9 have LF noise which I am not convinced is biological, leaving as not detected
for HW. |
| 07/22/26 21:06:16 | Classified RW on P3, obviously not a RW and just noise. |
| 07/22/26 23:06:16 | P13 and P15 have vocalizations that appear to be HB. Marked PD, not sure if this
looks like HB to others. |
| 07/22/26 23:21:16 | Classified RW on P11. As seen in Nicole's email with Julianne, the upsweep on top
of the lower frequency calls. A lot of noise associated with it leading up to it,
leaving as ND. |
| 07/23/26 01:51:16 | Loud MF downsweep on P8. Other LF noise that may belong to HB calls. Marking as
PD. |
| 07/23/26 05:06:16 | P7 has a lot going on. Appears to be artifacts involved with most of that pitch
tracks shown at lower amplitudes. Leaving as ND, as I don't feel it's convincing
enough to mark as HB. The shapes don't match the social sounds I'm familiar with
and if it were song, it should get more than just what is shown on P7. Loud
downsweep on P11. It is very short and not convinced its HB without other context. |
| 07/23/26 05:36:16 | P4 has two calls that look like HB. P9 has a loud LF sound that is about 10s long.
A little too long for the HB moans I'm familiar with, has a similar shape, but
doesn't look right either. Marking PD for HB |
| 07/23/26 06:21:16 | Loud LF calls on P1 and P3, could be HB social sounds, not 100% sure on that. P5,
P6, P8 and P9 have some odd shapes at MF-HF. Artifacts associated with most of
them with lower amplitudes. I don't think these are good evidence of HB but making
note as I saw similar shapes a little over 1 hour ago at 05:06:16, in P7. Leaving
everything as ND for now. |
| 07/23/26 17:06:16 | P8-P10 have a bit of LF activity going on that don't quite look like HB to me, but
mostly looks biological. Leaving as ND. P10 and P11 have some classified fin whale
pulses. There is a call on P11 after the classified call. All of these calls are
12s apart, including the unclassified one. I think this is okay to leave as PD as
the IPI fits. |
| 07/23/26 17:21:16 | Some loud LF sounds on P5. |
| 07/23/26 19:36:16 | P7-8 have three possible HW moans. Not completely flat structures, variable
amplitude, no clear pattern and no other evidence so marking as not detected but I
could also see marking as PD. |
| 07/23/26 19:51:16 | P4 has MF downsweep, but low amplitude and no other HW context so leaving as ND. |
| 07/23/26 22:06:16 | P9 has strong and long MF structured downsweeps. P15 also has one possible HW
downsweep so I am counting 3 for HW which meets criteria for PD. P3-4 has LF
activity but I am not convinced to include these panels for evidence of HW. |
| 07/23/26 22:21:16 | P12-13 have two strong downsweeps, P13 structure is a little wonky but still think
it's biological. Marking HW as PD. |
| 07/23/26 22:36:16 | P3 has possible HW downsweep, but it is attached to non-bio noise. The structure
is also questionable. I am marking as ND for now but I could see bumping up. |
| 07/23/26 22:51:16 | P5 through P14 have multiple strong HW downsweeps. More than 5 so meets criteria
to mark as detected. |
| 07/23/26 23:51:16 | P9 and Pl0 have possible MF upsweep/downsweep. Upsweep has low amplitude and
downsweep has short structure, but does have strong amplitude. Marking HW as PD
for now. |
| 07/24/26 00:06:16 | P4 has convincing downsweep, P5 has strong amplitude downsweep with short
structure. P7 has another possible downsweep but low amplitude and looks more like
HF/MF noise that persists throughout the summary. Marking as PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 00:36:16 | P14 has high amplitude possible downsweep with a harmonic. Marking HW as PD based
mostly on this evidence. Want a second opinion. Context includes mostly LF noise
and HF artifacts. |
| 07/24/26 01:06:16 | P3 has multiple strong amplitude downsweeps, 2-3, some are harmonics so marking as
PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 01:21:16 | P8 has a potential MF HW downsweep, looks like it got cut off and there is an
artifact attached to it. There isn't any other evidence and there are other lower
amplitude artifacts around. Leaving as ND for now. |
| 07/24/26 01:36:16 | P3-5 have multiple HW downsweeps, 3 are convincing in P3-4 and P5 has low
amplitude possible HW activity, however I am not convinced enough by the ones in
P5 to bump up to detected for HW. Leaving as PD for now. |
| 07/24/26 02:21:16 | P7 has two possible HW downsweeps, fairly high amplitude for at least one, the
other one in P7 has truncated structure. P5 has LF nub structures possible HW but
this could be just noise. There is also a flat long MF tonal sound in P5 whish is
likely noise, does not look biological. Leaving as PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 02:51:16 | P2 has MF long HW downsweep with high amplitude. P3 does have MF noise however
completely different shape and amplitude as HW in P2. Marking as PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 03:06:16 | P5 has MF HW downsweep and possible moan/social sound but could also be LF noise.
P6 has clear upsweep, structure is steep. It is isolated and amplitude is high,
however given context I do not think this is RW. Also, it has a higher starting
frequency and no other RW context. |
| 07/24/26 03:21:16 | P12 has possible HW downsweep, looks like it got cut off and has artifact
attached. Marking as PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 03:36:16 | P5 has long HW downsweep/moan? The structure is a little odd but amplitude is
good. P7 and P8 also have possible HW activity, possible downsweeps that are
truncated? Leaving as PD for now. |
| 07/24/26 04:06:16 | P2 and P13 have possible HW activity, P2 has high amplitude but an odd structure,
still think it's HW, maybe long moan. P13 has low amplitude downsweep. Marking as
PD for HW. |
| 07/24/26 07:36:16 | Classified HW fits in well with LF noise. Marking as ND |
| 07/24/26 08:21:16 | P9 has classified HW but structure is very jagged, looks more similar to
surrounding noise and has same amplitude so marking as ND for HW. |
| 07/24/26 10:21:16 | classified NARW is just noise |
| 07/24/26 11:36:16 | classified NARW in p9 is an artifact |
| 07/24/26 13:36:16 | p11 maybe some HW but not enough context for sure so leaving ND |
| 07/24/26 20:51:16 | poss downsweep and a moan in p6, 2 other poss moans in p7, a poss downsweep in p9
but pretty short and has an artifact attached, leaving PD HW |
| 07/24/26 23:21:16 | 5 what appear to be HW sounds but some are a pretty short so not sure if they can
all be used to meet the criteria for detected. leaving as PD for now but could see
bumping up |
| 07/25/26 00:06:16 | p2 and p6 poss downseep but pretty short |
| 07/25/26 00:51:16 | classified NARW call just noise |
| 07/25/26 01:06:16 | classified NARW just noise |
| 07/25/26 13:36:16 | classified NARW is just noise |
| 07/25/26 18:21:16 | P1 has a classified FW with an upsweep on top of it. Leaving ND for all species,
doesn't fit criteria for any of them. Making note that the upsweep is similar to
what we've been seeing with the straight pitch tracks below them. Call is mostly
isolated and I think would have RW potential without the associated noise. |
| 07/25/26 19:06:16 | P9 has a short loud LF downsweep. P14 has what I think is noise, but the spacing
and similar pitch track shapes could indicate possible HW. Some other low
amplitude LF sounds here and there. Leaving as ND. |
| 07/25/26 19:21:16 | Loud sound on P16, artifact makes it appear as a downsweep, but the majority of
the pitch track is just an artifact. |
| 07/25/26 19:51:16 | P6 has some low amplitude, stacked pitch tracks at LF. Artifacts associated, don't
think its HW. Leaving as ND. |
| 07/25/26 20:21:16 | P12 has 2 classified FW pulses, potential for other unclassified FW pulses within
P12. The IPI doesn't look right, starts with an unclassified call 6s before two
classified ones that are 4s apart, followed by an unclassified call 9s later.
Other LF sounds associated with these calls, leaving as ND. |
| 07/25/26 20:36:16 | P5 and P6 have some LF sounds I suspect could be HW, however; has artifacts and
the pitch tracks are small/short with low amplitude. Not very convincing. Other
sporadic mostly LF sounds from P7-P10.Nothing on these panels look convincing on
their own. All these sounds have low amplitude, leaving ND.
|
| 07/25/26 21:36:16 | Some inconsistent looking MF sounds on P9-P11. Mostly high amplitude, minimal
artifacts associated. Marking PD for HW. On P10, not putting too much weight on
the very loud and large artifact call. Mainly looking at the call right before it
and the one at the end of the panel. I think the call at the end of the artifact
may have some merit for HW, appears the artifact is trying to connect 2 different
sounds, but I'm not certain on that. |
| 07/25/26 22:06:16 | P13 has a call with an artifact. The beginning of it looks like it could be a MF
downsweep from HW. P14 has a clear MF upsweep at a high amplitude. Marking PD for
HW. |
| 07/25/26 22:51:16 | Loud U-shaped MF downsweep on P16. P15 has a MF downsweep at a lower amplitude,
mostly going off P16. Marking PD for HW. |
| 07/25/26 23:06:16 | P2 and P3 have loud downsweeps. The call on P2 has an artifact attached, but the
top of it before the artifact is convincing. The call on P3 is short, but loud
with the context of the loud downsweep from previous PT also shown on P1 here. The
evidence adds up for PD for HW. |
| 07/25/26 23:21:16 | Very short loud MF downsweep-like call on P12. Appears to have an artifact
attached giving it the downsweep shape. Leaving as ND, just making note. P15 has
2 classified FW calls with other unclassified LF calls nearby. The IPI is too
sahort, 3s between the classified calls no clear pattern for the unclassified LF
sounds. Leaving as ND. |
| 07/26/26 01:51:16 | P4 has 2 MF calls that align with HW. There are some high amplitude calls on P9,
appears to mostly be artifacts. Just making note of that. P4 is where the evidence
for HW is seen. |
| 07/26/26 02:21:16 | P2, P4, and P6 have high amplitude, U-shaped MF downsweeps. Marking as PD for HW.
Another possible LF HW call on P10, not as obvious but the call is isolated.
Either way, does not exceed 5 calls to meet the Detected criteria. |
| 07/26/26 02:51:16 | P8-P10 I'm counting 6 MF downsweep HW calls. 2 of them have artifacts attached,
but are still convincing. |
| 07/26/26 03:36:16 | 2 clear MF downsweeps on P8. P4 has some loud HF sounds, most of what is there is
artifacts. Hard to say what it is. Artifacts give it a very straight look. on P16,
LF upsweep and lower amplitude compared to P8. Don't think its RW. Making note for
second opinion because it is isolated. Clear HW context on P8. |
| 07/26/26 03:51:16 | Very short HF sound on P11. Doesn't appear to be biological, making note because
of the high amplitude. |
| 07/26/26 04:06:16 | Classified RW on P9. Has the LF straight pitch tracks under it, the upsweep shape
is small, too straight with artifacts. Not RW upcall. Short MF downsweep on P13. A
lot of unclassified LF sounds are associated with it. I think its likely HW, don't
think it should be marked PD with all the noise associated with it on P13. Leaving
as ND. |
| 07/26/26 05:21:16 | Unclassified LF upsweep on P2. Technically, it is two pitch tracks close together
as there is a small gap between them. Don't want to assume they are associated,
but appear to be part of the same call. Has the shape of upcall, frequency is a
bit low for one. Mostly isolated, there is some noise around it. No obvious HW
context here, there was about 1 hour prior to this. |
| 07/26/26 07:36:16 | P8 has a small MF low amplitude upsweep. 2 small LF upsweeps on P13. Higher end of
low amplitude. The first one has not artifact, the second one might. They are
close together, ~2s between them. Leaning towards PD for HW, but not positive. |
| 07/26/26 08:21:16 | P6 has a short, LF, and low amplitude upsweep. Possible harmonic with it, artifact
has higher amplitude than the call itself. |
| 07/26/26 08:36:16 | Possible HW on P14, too many artifacts associated with it, not very convincing. |
| 07/26/26 09:51:16 | Classified RW on P16, just noise with a slight upsweep shape and straight LF noise
under it. |
| 07/26/26 11:21:16 | P11 and P12 have 2 classified FW calls. A lot of LF noise around here, some of
which could be unclassified FW, but seems unlikely and is not convincing as such.
Leaving as ND. |
| 07/26/26 17:06:16 | 4 classified FW pulses on P10 and P11. Spaced out either too far apart or too
close together, and associated with a lot of LF noise in both panels. Leaving ND. |
| 07/27/26 02:21:16 | lots of lower frequency noises that looks like it could be biological. I'm
wondering if it's HW but not convinced so marking ND for now |
| 07/27/26 13:21:16 | classified NARW upcalls just noise |
| 07/27/26 13:36:16 | p15 could be a HW social sound but it also could just be an artifact. no other
context just noise. marking ND for now |
| 07/27/26 14:06:16 | classified NARW upcall is just noise |
